Some wonderful Irish recipes on this page. Some made with slight variations than I usually make. I just made the coconut-tater truffles. I put almond in mine instead of the liqueur but I look forward to trying the liqueur next time.

The coffee cupcake is very simple, creative. Love it.

[...] I can hardly believe that March beckons already, and while we’ve been busy spring-cleaning our parliament and choosing new political colour schemes, one thing remains certain: Paddy’s Day is a-coming and it’s green all the way. If you happened to be around these parts this time last year, you might remember what that meant: a great big ol’ celebration of Irish food. [...]

Piper: you're welcome - hope you enjoy looking at the rest of the parade entrants :)

Joanne: It was my pleasure - thanks so much for participating!

Rufus: <Sigh> These things happen - I knew I was taking a risk. I'll (try to) get over it, though, and at least I know that we'll always have the <a href="http://www.thedailyspud.com/2008/10/27/lemongrass-and-lime/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">Thai curry</a>...

Spud, I don't know how to say this so I'll just come out straight with it. I've been cooking from another cook's recipe. I didn't mean for it to happen. When you had this idea of inviting all these recipes and their pictures over to your place I simply thought it was a wonderful idea and a great way of celebrating Paddy's day. But then I saw her, hot pot my name and hot by nature. It was just love at first sight and when I found out her cheesy sense of humor, I was lost. Before I knew it I was over at her placing meeting her step-mon - Smörgåsblog. Now hot pot is in the oven way. I'm really sorry. I hope we can continue to be good friends?
