		<description>Hi Ken (and apologies for the delay in replying!) - the short answer to your question is yes, though I&#039;d be inclined not to leave them there for an extended period - a few hours should be ok (and can be a help if you&#039;re trying to get lots of other things prepared at the same time)</description>

I&#039;m pretty sure I&#039;ve gotten it in the Nourish health food shops in Dublin and also in the Asia market on Drury Street. Hope that helps!</description>
