		<description>Hi Becca - you can try reducing the saltiness by soaking the cheese in some cold water for a bit (say about 20 mins) before using it. If it&#039;s still really salty, I&#039;d try changing the water and soaking it for a bit longer. Hope that helps.</description>

		<description>I think there is nothing better than some fried halloumi. Fried and put into a pitta bread, together with some onions and tomatoes it makes a grear dish, especially for lunch when you want to prepare something fast and yummy.</description>

		<description>Mmm... halloumi!  I tried to include it with some kebabs over the summer, and the brand I bought was just too dry to cut!  I like the sound of mixing it with portobello mushrooms - the mushrooms would be a great offset for the saltiness.</description>
